What sports do you represent your athletes in?
Frontier Sport Represents athletes in numerous sports from all codes of football to swimming, golf, tennis and athletics.
What sort of contract do I have to sign with Frontier Sport?
We sit down with our athletes and their parents (where applicable) to discuss the content of our contract before drafting an agreement to suit the individual athlete. We do not have a one contract suits all policy as this may be quite harsh to some athletes.
What are the costs for management services?
Our fee structure is again discussed with the individual athlete to determine what best suits their particular needs, this may also depend on their sport. While most athletes select a commission based fee structure we also offer a package that includes contract negotiations and limited services.
Who will negotiate my contract?
Frontier Sport will utilise Gavin Jahn, who is a solicitor, to negotiate your contract. We do not believe that this extremely important aspect of an athletes career should be jeopardised by allowing any old sales person or unqualified representative purporting to be a sports agent.
Why have a solicitor negotiate my contract?
It will ensure that you are well represented any work other options for you plus any legal issues can be resolved on the spot with Gavin’s expertise without having to seek advice from a third party which in effect is going to cost you more.
With AFL what assistance can you provide prior to the draft?
Prior to the draft we sit down with our boys to plan for the future. Given that it is one huge lottery the athlete needs to do everything possible to get their name out there. We assist the player with all this detail for further info on what we can do contact us a info@frontiersport.com
Post Draft what do you do for me?
We have a meeting with our young athletes to establish our back end management system which is second to none. Your parents will even have access if you desire. We sit down and plan out your journey for the next 12 months and we prepare you for the next step.
Do you source sponsorship
We have many different sponsors on board with us and we utilise their services depending on the athlete. One thing we must reiterate to young athletes is to work on your “juice” before thinking that sponsors will throw products your way. Remember, what do you have to offer?
